"Unfortunately for me I was not able to work with Q for long, but in the short time we did work together she brought and energy and user POV that our team simply did not have before. While at MARZ, Q worked as our product designer creating UX flows and wire frames for a novel, complex, and terribly documented research projects. Before joining our team had thought only of the technical functionality, and had only just started to think of who and how someone might use our "product". In just a few short weeks Q took our half baked ideas through to fleshed out wireframes. From here the wire frames evolved quickly as they gave us a place to understand that our initial ideas weren't as good as we expected. Q was adaptable and agile in her flow, incorporating feedback quickly and iterating on our designs until we had something we all loved. Q came onto a fast paced, highly technical team, with little knowledge of ML, working on building wireframes for an "industry" that didn't yet exist.
